In addition to the other terms set forth at our Terms of Use, please note that Examkrackers maintains a strict NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy on the sale of books, and a PARTIAL REFUND policy on enrollment in courses, as follows:

Books:

Examkrackers maintains a strict return/no refund policy on the purchase of books. Once purchased, books are not returnable, and no portion of the amounts charged for the purchase of books and/or the amounts charged for shipping and handling will be refunded for any reason.

Courses:

Examkrackers maintains the following refund policy on enrollments in our courses.

• The first $400 of the amount paid for a course enrollment is NON REFUNDABLE for any reason, including cancellation.
• The balance of the amount paid for a course enrollment will be refunded on a pro-rata basis over the first 28 days of the course but only if you cancel a course enrollment within 28 days after the first day of the course.
• No portion of the amount paid for a course enrollment is refundable if you cancel more than 28 days after the first day of the course.
• The "first day of the course" means the suggested first test date as determined by Examkrackers in its sole discretion.
